0. Company Information
0.1 The Platform is operated by the following entities:

0.2 These entities (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Company”) provide and support the Platform and related services.
1. Definitions
1.1 Client means any individual who has registered and uses the Platform.
1.2 Account means a personal user profile created on the Platform.
1.3 Platform means the software, infrastructure, and services operated by the Company.
1.4 Trade means a transaction executed by the Client on the Platform involving derivative-style financial contracts.
1.5 Balance means the amount of funds available on the Client’s Account.
1.6 Payment Operation means any deposit or withdrawal of funds.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Client must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in their jurisdiction.
2.2 The Platform is not available to residents or citizens of the following jurisdictions:
United States, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Malta, Canada.
2.3 The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
3. Nature of Service
3.1 The Company provides execution-only services.
3.2 The Company does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or recommendations.
3.3 All trading decisions are made independently by the Client.
3.4 The Client acknowledges that trading involves a high risk of loss.
4. Account and Security
4.1 The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials.
4.2 All actions performed through the Account are considered authorized by the Client.
4.3 The Client must notify the Company immediately via support@cronika.com in case of suspected unauthorized access.
5. Payment Operations
5.1 Deposits and withdrawals are performed through available methods on the Platform.
5.2 The Client must use only personal funds and payment methods.
5.3 The minimum deposit amount is 5 USD.
5.4 The minimum withdrawal amount is 10 USD.
5.5 Withdrawals may be processed using the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible.
5.6 The Company may request identity verification before processing withdrawals.
6. Trading Conditions
6.1 Trades are executed based on prices available within the Platform environment.
6.2 The price used for execution may be calculated as:
P = Bid + (Ask − Bid) / 2
where:
- Bid is the price at which the asset may be sold,
- Ask is the price at which the asset may be purchased.
6.3 The execution price is determined at the moment the Trade is processed by the system.
6.4 Displayed prices may differ from execution prices due to latency, market conditions, or technical factors.
6.5 A Trade is considered valid once recorded in the Platform system.
6.6 If opening and closing prices are equal, the Trade may be considered neutral and the invested amount returned.
7. Exceptional Conditions
7.1 In the event of technical errors, abnormal market conditions, or pricing anomalies, the Company may:
- cancel or adjust affected Trades;
- delay execution;
- temporarily restrict trading.
7.2 Such actions are taken to maintain fair operation of the Platform.
8. Prohibited Activities
8.1 The Client must not engage in:
- fraud or use of unauthorized funds;
- multi-accounting;
- use of bots or unauthorized automation;
- exploitation of system vulnerabilities;
- manipulation of trading conditions.
8.2 Violation may result in restriction or termination of the Account.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Claims must be submitted to support@cronika.com within 5 business days from the event.
9.2 The Company will review claims within a reasonable timeframe.
9.3 Platform system records are used as the primary source for resolving disputes.
9.4 If an error is confirmed, the Company may:
- adjust the Account balance;
- cancel the affected Trade.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 The Company is not liable for:
- losses resulting from trading decisions;
- indirect or consequential damages;
- losses caused by technical failures or third-party services.
10.2 The Company’s total liability, if applicable, shall not exceed the amount of funds available on the Client’s Account.
11. Amendments
11.1 The Company may update these Terms from time to time.
11.2 Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
12. Termination
12.1 The Client may stop using the Platform at any time.
12.2 The Company may restrict or terminate access in case of violation of these Terms.
12.3 Upon termination, the Client may withdraw available funds subject to compliance requirements.
